Abus 88/40 Cutaway Lock

This high quality CNC-machined cutaway of an Abus 88/40 lock beautifully displays the entire inner workings of this disc detainer lock while remaining fully functional. The disc stack and side bar locking mechanism are clear to observe as you operate the lock with its key. Also visible is the ball bearing locking mechanism.

Do not mistake this for one of the cheap cutaways found online — they often start with inferior locks and feature sloppy machining. This collector-grade lock is machined to perfection, and is meant to be a display piece for an aficionado, or a demonstration/teaching aid.
